Founded in 2018, Completely Inclusive is a social enterprise focused on helping businesses create truly inclusive workplace cultures. By guiding and sensitizing employees to challenge their unconscious biases and embrace difference, and by creating accommodating and accessible environments, employees are empowered. They are able to bring their best self to work, and thus become more empathetic, loyal, productive, and innovative. This results in a more successful and profitable business.

Completely Inclusive is centered on the expanded concept of DEI, which includes Accessibility. Thus we use the acronym: IDEA - Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility.

Through strategic planning, presentations, and restorative circles, Completely Inclusive uses a research-backed, human-centered approach to bring about real, healthy, and sustainable change in the workplace.

By creating Completely Inclusive workplaces, our vision is to see a world where the concept of inclusion spills over into all of society, creating a better and more equitable world for all of us.

My work, and by extension the work of Completely Inclusive, supports Indigenous cultural and political sovereignty, healing, and Truth and Reconciliation.

Some past conference keynotes have been for Toronto Metropolitan University, the DeGroote School of Business, and the 2020 iNOD conference. I also delivered a presentation and introductory remarks at Autism Canada’s AuSome 2016 and 2018 conferences.
