Founded in 2018, Completely Inclusive is a social enterprise focused on helping businesses create truly inclusive workplace cultures. By guiding and sensitizing employees to challenge their unconscious biases and embrace difference, and by creating accommodating and accessible environments, employees are empowered. They are able to bring their best self to work, and thus become more empathetic, loyal, productive, and innovative. This results in a more successful and profitable business.

Completely Inclusive is centered on the expanded concept of DEI, which includes Accessibility. Thus we use the acronym: IDEA - Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility.

Through strategic planning, sensitization workshops, and restorative circles, Completely Inclusive uses a research-backed, human-centered approach to bring about real, healthy and sustainable change in the workplace.
