Completely Inclusive

Creating Completely Inclusive Workplace Cultures™

Founded in 2018, Completely Inclusive is a social enterprise dedicated to fostering truly inclusive workplace cultures. We guide businesses in challenging unconscious biases, embracing differences, and creating accommodating and accessible environments. Our mission is to empower employees to bring their best selves to work, resulting in greater empathy, loyalty, productivity, and innovation. Ultimately, this leads to more successful and profitable businesses.

Our IDEA: Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility

At Completely Inclusive, we champion an expanded DEI framework that includes Accessibility. Our IDEA approach ensures a comprehensive focus on creating inclusive workplaces for everyone.

Our Approach

We employ a research-backed, human-centered methodology through strategic planning, presentations, and restorative circles. This approach brings about real, healthy, and sustainable change in the workplace.

Our Vision

We envision a world where workplace inclusion extends to all of society, fostering a better and more equitable world for everyone.
