Kelly Bron Johnson

I’m an Autistic and Hard of Hearing self-advocate, keynote speaker, author, and founder of Completely Inclusive and the Autistic Entrepreneurs Network.

I help CXOs, start-up founders, and upper management leaders who are struggling with a lack of diversity and qualified candidates to transform their company culture to be more inclusive and accessible to all. This creates a workplace culture that is equitable, accessible, and where employees can bring their best selves. This leads to employee comfort, happiness and retention. A safe and healthy business is a successful business!

I also help social enterprises and nonprofits to create just and sustainable long term strategic plans and policies that are inclusive. 

I’m a Certified Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace Advisor and hold a Professional Certificate in Restorative Justice from Vermont Law & Graduate School.

Using this and other education in Unconscious Bias, Web Accessibility, and more, combined with lived experience, I support businesses with their long term inclusion strategy, breaking down barriers to employment to create a more equitable and Completely Inclusive Workplace CultureTM.
